A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was discovered to the relevant authorities on November 22, 2002 and was forced to leave the Republic of Korea on December 18, 2002.

In the event that the entry of the Republic of Korea became difficult due to the above reasons, the Defendant issued a false passport under the name of “D” and entered the Republic of Korea on November 21, 2007.

1. On May 22, 2009, the Defendant interfered with the performance of fraudulent means’s official duties, and on May 22, 2009, through a presentation of a public official in charge of departure inspection and through a deceptive scheme, the Defendant obstructed the performance of official duties concerning entry and departure duties of public officials belonging to the Incheon Airport Immigration Management Office, who are affiliated with the Incheon Airport Immigration Management Office, on May 22, 2009.

2. On July 8, 2009, the Defendant interfered with the performance of the official duties in a deceptive scheme, and the Defendant presented the above name passport to the public official in charge of the entry inspection at the above Incheon International Airport entry inspection team on July 8, 2009, and entered the country after undergoing an entry inspection, and interfered with the public official’s duty of entry and departure management office belonging to Incheon Airport

3. On October 12, 2009, the Defendant interfered with the performance of fraudulent means’s official duties. On October 12, 2009, the Defendant presented the above name passport to the public official in charge of the 1-31 Incheon Immigration Control Office located in Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, for the extension of the period of stay by presenting it to the public official in charge of the above name passport.

4. On October 18, 201, the Defendant interfered with the performance of fraudulent means’s official duties. On October 18, 201, the Defendant presented a false passport to the public official in charge of the foregoing Incheon Immigration Office on October 18, 201, and obstructed the performance of duties concerning the review of the period of stay of the public official belonging to Incheon Immigration Office by deceptive means.
