Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 800,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, each of them is 100.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A was a person who registered as a preliminary candidate and applied for the F Party to participate in an election campaign at the F Party in order to enter the 6th nationwide election at the Dong-si local election on June 4, 2014 as a candidate for a member of the E-Si election at the Posi Port City Council at the Posi-si, which was implemented on June 4, 2014.

1. On April 28, 2014, Defendant B provided two cosmetics (a total amount equivalent to 60,000 won of the market price) to the electorate H at the entrance of the G apartment at port on April 18, 2014 and provided two cosmetics to the electorate H (name of the electorate) under the request of Defendant B to support the National Assembly members who may have a public opinion poll.

2. Defendant A and Defendant B conspired to gather meals with the electorates to appeal for support of I who is a candidate for the election of a City Council member with friendship with A while providing them with meals, and Defendant B conspired to offer four electorates, such as L, M, N,O, etc., known to the restaurant in the name of "K," at the request of Defendant A on May 21, 2014, and Defendant A conspired to make a contribution to the above candidate for the election of a City Council member with only four electorates, such as L, M, N, andO, and went away from the intra-party competition, while introducing I, “I will die if I will come to fall at the seat of this person, if I will come to know well at the election of the City Council member with no affiliation,” and the above I agreed to provide the above food cost to Defendant A with the above candidate for the election of the City Council member.
