B was registered as a preliminary candidate of the F Party in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the 6th nationwide local election implemented on June 4, 2014, but went away from the competition line and went away from the competition, and the defendant A was a person who was engaged in election campaign as defendant B and volunteer in the 6th national local election at the 6th national Dong local election.

Any person who intends to be a candidate for a local council member shall not make a contribution to a person in the constituency concerned, and no one shall make a contribution for the candidate in connection with an election.

On March 13, 2014, the Defendants stated “17:00” in the indictment, but this appears to be “19:00” due to the clerical error in the “19:00,” and thus, the Defendants are corrected accordingly.

At around 21:30, Defendant A paid the amount of four meals to Defendant B, who is a preliminary candidate for the City E-election of the 6th National Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the 6th regional election of the Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, for the first time, the J, K, L, and M, who resides in the above constituency, “I will only send the crime at one time. I will be able to be elected by B at this election,” and Defendant B stated, “I will well request at this election. I will well request. I will see. I will see. I will .)” and Defendant B paid the above four meal costs of KRW 77,500.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to make contributions for Defendant B.
