A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

1,400,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On September 17, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at Seoul Eastern District Court on September 17, 2009 and completed the execution of the sentence on June 4, 2010.

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On October 9, 201, the Defendant, around October 201, 201, administered camphone medication by inserting approximately 0.1g of psychotropic drugs delivered from D in the toilet in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, for a single-use injection instrument, and dilution them into arms.

2. On October 9, 2011, the Defendant purchased philophones: around 03:30 on October 9, 201, the Defendant purchased philophones to F in the alley near the E-mail in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, and purchased 600,000 won for philophones under the pretext of the purchase of philophones, and received approximately 1g from philophones.

3. On October 9, 2011, the Defendant, at the same time and place as that of paragraph 2, delivered approximately 0.1g of philopon to F free of charge.

4. On October 9, 2011, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.1g of phiphones purchased from F in a single-use injection machine; (b) injected them into arms after dilution with raw water at a time and at a place as referred to in paragraph (2).

5. On October 2011, the Defendant, with D and G, intended to purchase phiphones from F along with D and G, and 400,000 won as the purchase price for phiphones to D in October 201.

After the same day, the Defendant and G are waiting for the G driver's vehicle parked in the vicinity of the G in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, and D 600,000 won in total, which was 400,000 won from the Defendant in the vicinity of the street, and 1g of the philopon from the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones in collusion with D and G.

6. On May 15, 2013, the Defendant administered philophones in a way that scopon 0.05g from the Defendant’s home located in Songpa-gu J and 103 to the coffee around May 15, 2013.
