1. Details of the disposition;

A. On August 16, 1985, the Plaintiff was specially appointed as a rural community leader, and worked as a local community leader at the rural community guidance center at C City from January 1, 1989 through the rural community guidance center at C City through the rural community guidance center at C City from January 1, 1989 to October 27, 199, and the amendment of the relevant Acts and subordinate statutes on the organization and quota of C City on August 31, 1998, the rural community guidance team leader at C City was merged into the Si environmental welfare industry and economy group, and the rural community guidance team leader at C City was merged into the Si environmental welfare industry and economy group at C City from September 1, 1998 to the Si environmental welfare industry and economy group (unofficial duty), and thereafter, the Plaintiff continued to work as a public official of Grade 1, 2, 3, and 6, 3, 196, 1, 2, 3, 3, 196, 2, 3, 1, 60.

B. On December 19, 2013, the Plaintiff filed a request for review of grievances with the Defendant on December 19, 2013 (hereinafter “the Decree on Appointment of Local Public Officials”) among the former appointment requirements.

In cases where it is necessary to adjust the number of relevant positions due to the change or abolition of the organization of office or prescribed number of personnel under Article 28(1)2, even if the defendant unilaterally applied the provision of a person who has served for at least one year in the duties related to the expected employment of the former position under Article 28(1)1 (a) of the Decree on Appointment, and served as an agricultural instructor from October 28, 2009 to rural community instructor from 1985.
