The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Litigation costs shall be borne by the plaintiff.

1. Details of the decision on the petition case;

A. On July 22, 2016, the Plaintiff was under emergency duty after being appointed as a public official of Grade 8 in C City Nursing Service and working at a public health clinic. On January 20, 2017, the Plaintiff was subject to a traffic accident in the course of emergency duty dispatch, and was under medical treatment for 180 days, with the approval of the medical treatment for official duties for 180 days in which the Plaintiff “Iskin ground with no string in two heats, spawn ground, spawn ground on the left side side, spawn ground, spak-kne ground, and spak-kne ground on the left side,” and the injury “Iskin ground of the above-mentioned medical treatment for 3 years from the date on which Iskin disease was issued,” and the injury “Iskin ground of the above-mentioned medical treatment for 3 years from the date on which Iskin ground of its issuance.”

3) The Plaintiff was granted approval of temporary retirement for illness under the Local Public Officials Act from April 4, 2018 to October 3, 2018 on the grounds of the above medical treatment, and thereafter, (i) from October 4, 2018 to March 22, 2019; (ii) from March 23, 2019 to September 22, 2019; and (iii) from September 23, 2019 to March 22, 2020, the period of temporary retirement for illness was extended three times in total on November 19, 200 after obtaining approval for extension of temporary retirement for illness from September 23, 2019 to March 22, 202. (ii) The Plaintiff asserted that “the Plaintiff was subject to human rights violations during the process of receiving the temporary retirement for illness under the Local Public Officials Act based on the written diagnosis as seen above by the Plaintiff on March 3, 2018; and (iii) the Plaintiff claimed that the Plaintiff was a general public official and C auditor at Grade C et 20.

C. The details of the instant petition filed by the Plaintiff are as follows. A) The Plaintiff is in charge of applying for temporary retirement from office for a disease of public officials assigned to C viewing service.
