Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

Victims B (hereinafter referred to as "E") are members of the C church, persons belonging to the so-called E organization (hereinafter referred to as "E"), who oppose D pastors and claim retirement, and the defendant is a person belonging to the same church under the jurisdiction of the defendant.

From March 2017, violence cases, etc. frequently occur between the church side and E due to the utilization of D's church donation funds from March 2017 to the present.

At the time of the occurrence of the instant case, the members of the church closed all the entrances of the building for the new road of the C church located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, occupied the inside of the building, and prevented the E members from entering the building. However, some of the E members, including the victim, carried out the above-mentioned stop of the church, set up a lap tree board, and secured the entrance passage leading to the inside of the building.

In such a situation, around 08:00 on June 4, 2017, the Defendant: (a) faced with shocking a wooden plate that was used by the injured party to secure passage from the outside of the first floor of the building on the instant new road by hand; and (b) caused the Defendant to suffer bodily injury that requires two-time medical treatment, such as a fright of the upper left top and the left top of the upper corner.
