Defendants are not guilty. The summary of the judgment against the Defendants is publicly announced.

1. The facts charged C, Defendant B, and Defendant A are members of the D church, who are members of the said church in accordance with the direction of the E pastor, who are members of the said church (hereinafter referred to as the "members of the church"), and F are members of the so-called H (hereinafter referred to as the "G") who oppose the above E pastor and claim retirement.

The ‘G' and ‘the side of the church' frequently occurred from March 2017 to the use of the church gold of E pastors.

On June 2, 2017, at around 16:00, Defendants and C used violence, such as fating fat at the front of the branch of D church and J union, Defendant B, Defendant B, and Defendant A’s head debt, on the ground that F was going beyond the boundary of “the side of the church.”

Accordingly, Defendants and C assaulted F jointly.

2. Determination:

A. Defendant B (1) The evidence submitted by the Prosecutor in light of the evidence duly adopted and examined by this Court and the following circumstances acknowledged by the record was led by Defendant B’s intentional act of assault, i.e., the F’s intent to attack the F’s body.

It is difficult to see and otherwise there is no evidence to acknowledge it.

According to each video submitted by Defendant B, at the time when Defendant B led F’s luxity, Defendant B was punished by ebbbbblance, such as f along with C and influent women, etc., but Defendant B was removed from F’s lux and removed from them, and did not proceed to more than her behavior.

According to the above videos, in the process of punishing the F with the visitors of the church again, Defendant B took the members of the church behind the church, and removed them from F.

In light of the above circumstances, Defendant B’s act of having the F with the F’s permission seems to have been removed from the church people to prevent the body fighting between them.
