A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2017 High 3461" was one of the D members who demanded the reform of the C church located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and caused conflicts between E and the church internal issues in opposition to the reform of the C church.

1. Around 19:00 on June 2, 2017, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s chest with a knife hand in the process of conflicting with the victim F (n, 45 years old) who is a member of E in front of the second elevator of “C church” in the second floor of “C church,” and the said activities.

2. On June 2, 2017, at around 22:00, the Defendant injured the victim G (49 years of age) who is a pastor belonging to E at the headquarters of the “C church” (hereinafter “C church”) against the victim G (49 years of age) and attempted to go up to the center of this party, resulting in injury to the victim, by walking the victim’s face and left part of the wall on several occasions due to the port of wharfs, which requires approximately four weeks of treatment, such as cutting off, closing, cutting off, and closing of the inner wall.

The Defendant and H, I, J, and K are members of the C church, and those who oppose L pastors who are members of the above church and who belong to the so-called M Council claiming retirement.

Victim N(46) is a pastor belonging to C church and a person who complies with L pastor's directions.

At around 22:00 on June 2, 2017, the Defendant and H, I, J, and K set up the third floor of the C church set up in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, in order for the Defendant to restrain the victim N to do so, the Defendant took the victim’s left side bridge, H gets out the victim’s body by her hand after destroying the victim’s inside the floor, and she takes up the victim’s body by hand, I pushed down the victim’s body, J gets off the victim’s left arms, and K gets down the victim’s bridge.

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted the victim jointly with H, I, J, and K.

The defendant of "2017 High 5272" is a member of the C church, who is a member of the C church, who is a member of the M Council, claiming the withdrawal of L who is a pastor.

On June 2, 2017, the Defendant is the C church new road located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yeongdeungpo-gu.
