A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

3,300,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On August 22, 2012, the Defendant purchased approximately 3.2 g of psychotropic drugs, which are psychotropic drugs contained in vinyl, at least KRW 200,00,00 and purchased 3.2g of psychotropic drugs, at around 14:0,00 in the residence of Songpa-gu Seoul (hereinafter “FFF”) around 22:0,00, and purchased 120,000 won from FF (the imprisonment of August 27, 2012, the suspended sentence of two years) located in Songpa-gu Seoul, and purchased 2g, out of the rophonephones purchased as above.

2. On September 23, 2012, around 23:00, the Defendant traded phiphones by receiving KRW 700,000 from I (one year of imprisonment, one year of suspension, two years of suspension of execution, etc. on May 22, 2013) and selling approximately 1.5g of phiphones contained in the disposable injection machine.

3. On September 28, 2012, at around 00:30, the Defendant purchased KRW 3 million from the street in the vicinity of the K Station located in the Dong-gu, Busan, the Defendant purchased approximately 4g of philopon contained in a vinyl bed. On October 22, 2012, at around 22:00, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.8g of the philopon, among the philopon purchased as above, purchased KRW 700,000 from N (around December 28, 2012, a fine of KRW 5,000,000,000) in the vicinity of the Melopon which he/she purchased.

4. On October 3, 2012, around 21:00, the Defendant traded phiphones by receiving KRW 700,000 from I within the I’s car parked on the street near “H hotel” located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and by putting approximately 1g of phiphones contained in the disposable injection machine.

5. At around 22:00 on October 9, 2012, the Defendant received philophones from I free of charge by giving approximately 1g of philophones contained in a disposable injection machine.
