Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months, and imprisonment with prison labor for one and half years.

However, as to the Defendants, this case is against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are not persons handling narcotics.

1. Defendant B

A. On April 2015, at the Defendant’s office located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on April 2015, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 400,000 as the price for the purchase of psychotropic drugs from A, and purchased approximately KRW 2g of Handphones.

B. On April 2015, the Defendant: (a) agreed to receive KRW 1 million from A at the above Defendant’s office at the lower order 21:00; and (b) opened up approximately 3g of philophones, thereby selling and purchasing philophones.

C. On May 2015, the Defendant purchased and sold phiphones by taking approximately KRW 600,000 from the above Defendant’s office, receiving KRW 600,00 from A, and selling approximately KRW 3g of phiphones.

At around 19:20 on May 18, 2015, the Defendant purchased and sold philophones by receiving KRW 400,000 in cash from A, and selling approximately KRW 1.8g of philophones.

E. The Defendant, at the same time and at the same place, administered phiphonephones in a manner that inhales smoke generated by cutting approximately 0.3g of phiphones on a gambling place with A, and heating the rophones into a pipe.

F. At around 18:10 on May 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) concealed approximately 0.2g of philophones in the office of the above Defendant; and (b) possessed philophones.

2. Defendant A

A. On February 21, 2015, around 21:00, the Defendant purchased and sold phiphones by inserting approximately KRW 1.50,00 on the street near the I Electric Station located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to a person whose name is not known (the “J”), and 1g of phiphones.

As described in the paragraph, each philophone was traded by purchasing philophones from B four times in total.

As described in B, philophones were administered together with B. D.

At around 19:00 on May 20, 2015, the Defendant is at the residence of the Defendant located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K.
