A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Sale, purchase, and delivery and receipt of psychotropic drug crophographs (hereinafter referred to as "chophones");

A. On September 23, 2012, around 23:00, the Defendant purchased and sold philophones by taking approximately 1.5g philophones contained in a single-time injection machine in the street room near Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan City B hotel.

B. At around 21:00 on October 3, 2012, the Defendant purchased and sold 70,000 won of philophones contained in C with a single-use injection device at the foregoing place.

C. At around 22:00 on October 9, 2012, the Defendant received approximately 1g of philophones entered in a disposable injection device from C without compensation at the foregoing place.

2. Medication of phiphones.

At around 23:10 on the same day, the Defendant’s vehicle parked in the Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D public parking lot, containing approximately 0.06g of phiphones purchased as above in a single-use injection vehicle, dilution with bio-dives, and injection of phiphones into his own arms.

B. The defendant 1.B.

At around 21:20 on the same day, in the Defendant’s vehicle parked in the underground parking lot of Songpa-gu Seoul building E, approximately 0.06g of phiphones purchased as above, were dilutiond with raw water, and administered phiphones by injection into his own arms.

C. The defendant 1. C.

At around 22:20 days from the same day, philophones purchased as above in a single-use injection at the above place, were injected with approximately 0.06g of philophones, dilution with bio-dives, and injection into one’s arms. D.

On December 2, 2012, at around 23:00, the Defendant injected phiphones by inserting approximately 0.1g of phiphones into one-time injection machine within the Defendant’s vehicle parked in the Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D public parking lot, and dilution with blophones, and injection into his arms.
