[Criminal Power] On February 21, 2013, Defendant A sentenced 8 months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on February 21, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Seoul Detention Center on August 11, 2013.

1. Defendant A

A. On February 4, 2015, the Defendant traded philophones by sending approximately KRW 0.7g of psychotropic drugs, which are psychotropic drugs, which received KRW 400,000 in cash from F in the vicinity of the E Station located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and contain half of the one-time injection period, (hereinafter referred to as “clogramphone”).

B. On February 7, 2015, the Defendant traded philophones by putting about 0.35g of philophones in the same place around the new wall, by receiving 200,000 won in cash from F and half of one for a single-use injection machine.

C. On February 9, 2015, the Defendant purchased and sold opphonephones by 0.35g of opphones, which received KRW 200,000 in cash from H hotels located in Guro-si G around the new wall, and consisting of half of opphones.

On February 2, 2015, the Defendant traded philophones by receiving KRW 200,000 in cash from F and 0.3g of philophones in front of the J Station located in Gui-si I around the early new wall of the Defendant.

E. On February 14, 2015, the Defendant purchased and sold opphones by sending approximately KRW 0.35g of opphones, which were 200,000,000 in cash from F, and consisting of half of opphones.

F. On February 17, 2015, around 19:00, the Defendant purchased and sold philophones by receiving approximately KRW 3.7 grams from F in cash from L Hotels located in K at the Government-si, and selling philophones.

G. On February 20, 2015, the Defendant received 200,000 won in cash from F around E Station located in Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, and composed of half of the number of disposable injection machines.
