A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From September 2015, the Defendant had maintained the relationship with the victim C (V, 44 years old) from around September 2015.

1. On November 29, 2016, the Defendant around singing the singing room: (a) viewed the victim’s talks with another male and female at the singing room operated by the victim’s seat near the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan D History; (b) made it difficult for the victim to take care of the victim’s face from outside, and (c) took three times in his/her hand, the victim’s face from following following the three occasions, and then the victim sing the victim’s face.
