A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

Punishment of the crime

[2] On December 10, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 500,00 as an assault on October 6, 2015, on the following grounds: (a) the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a year; (b) the Defendant was sentenced to a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (damage to property, such as a group or deadly weapon); and (c) the Defendant was sentenced to a violation of the Punishment of Violences Act (damage to property, such as a group or deadly weapon); and (d) the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 50,00 as an offense of assault on October 6, 2015; and (e) on May 17, 2017, the Defendant completed the execution of the final sentence on November 15, 2017 upon being sentenced

[Criminal facts]

1. Habitual injury;

A. On January 10, 2018, the Defendant, at the house located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul around 21:00, expressed that the victim was able to take care of the victim E and D while drinking alcohol together with the victim E and D. In light of the victim’s face eight times at the right hand floor, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim, such as having the victim take care of the victim’s loss of the left inside of the treatment days.

B. On January 24, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 01:10, on the ground that the Defendant, while drinking alcohol with the victim and D, told the victim to be prevented; (b) taken the victim out of the floor; (c) taken the victim’s face out of the floor once taking the victim’s face from drinking; and (d) putting the victim’s face up to the floor when taking the victim’s face from drinking to drinking and launching the victim’s face up to twice, the Defendant sustained the victim’s injury, such as having the victim shoulder the number of days of treatment.

2. Habitual assault;

A. On January 1, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face by drinking three times, on the ground that the victim had talked about the victim’s fright while drinking alcohol together with the victim in the modern park located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul Western-gu, Seoul, Seoul, around 15:00.

2) The Defendant, at around 19:30 on January 25, 2018, reported three times the face of the victim on the floor of his hand, on the ground that he talks about the victim’s house in Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government about drinking together with the victim, while drinking together with the victim.
