Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. According to B’s proposal, the Defendant, who forged private document, had the documents such as C’s business registration certificate, certified copy of corporate register, etc., and had been working as a book to open a passbook. The Defendant had the intention to create and provide a passbook to be used by the telephone fraud organization of the person who has not received the name in paragraph (3).

around 11:54 on March 30, 2012, the Defendant: (a) indicated the name of the applicant column “C”, “D”, “E”, “F”, “F”, “G (hereinafter omitted), “G (H503”, “Seoul Geumcheon-gu I”, etc. in the name of the representative of the head office column; (b) indicated the name of the head office column in the name of the applicant, and indicated the name of the applicant, “C”, “D”, “E”, “F”, “F”, “G (hereinafter omitted)”, “B503”, “B”, etc. in the name of the head office address column; and (c) indicated the name of the applicant, side and seal imprint of C Co., Ltd. prepared in advance, in the name of the applicant.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a written application for transaction in the name of C, a private document related to confirmation of facts.

B. On March 30, 2012, around 14:38, the Defendant: (a) indicated the Defendant’s “C” in the applicant column, “C” in the business registration number column, “E” in the business registration number column, “Seoul Geumcheon-gu I” in the business address column; (b) indicated the applicant column in the business address column, and indicated the applicant’s seal impression in the applicant column in advance, “C” in the name of the applicant, “C” in the business registration number column, “E”, “C” in the business address column, and “C” in the applicant column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a new transaction application in the name of C, a private document related to confirmation of facts.

2. Uttering a falsified investigation document;

A. The Defendant is at the same time and place as paragraph 1(a) and as above to the J of the Seoul Agricultural Cooperative staff who is aware of the forgery.
