A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;

A. A. Around July 8, 2016, the Defendant related to the issuance of resident registration certificates, at the C community service center located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, stated “D” in the applicant column for the re-issuance of resident registration certificates, which was kept there without the Defendant’s consent, and affixed a seal next thereto, and then submitted the said application to the staff in charge who knew of the fact that the Defendant himself was D.

For the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged and exercised one copy of the re-issuance application of the resident registration certificate, which is a private document on rights and duties.

B. Around July 8, 2016, the Defendant related to the opening of the E Bank Account: (a) at the E Bank Cheongbu Branch in Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, entered “D” in the applicant column for a new transaction application form located therein without D’s permission; (b) signed as “G” in the signature column; and (c) submitted the said application form to the above bank staff who knew that the Defendant himself was D and knew of that fact.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged and exercised one copy of the application for new transaction, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

C. Around July 13, 2016, the Defendant related to the application for the E card entered “D” in the column of the applicant for the E card membership application form located there, without D’s permission, and signed “H” in the signature column, and submitted the above application form to the above bank staff who knew that the Defendant himself was D and knew of that fact.

For the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged and exercised one copy of the application form for membership of the E card, which is a private document on rights and duties.

On July 27, 2016, the Defendant involved in the application for a loan of the E Bank is at the Cheongbu branch of the E Bank located in the Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, without the permission of D.
