As to the crimes No. 1 and No. 2 in the judgment of the defendant, a fine of one million won shall be imposed on the crimes No. 3 and No. 4 in the judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On February 24, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years by the Jeju District Court for obstructing the performance of special duties, etc., and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 24, 2014.

The defendant of "2016 Highest 2920" is a person who objects to the construction of "C (hereinafter referred to as "C") in Jeju-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si.

1.
