A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 26, 2012, at around 2012:37, the Defendant: (a) boarded and departing from the KF, AG, AH, and AI at the Gangseo-gu Gangseo-gu, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si; (b) approaching the tetrag (one-time Twit) which is already installed at the sea in front of the complex tourism port of civil-military complex; and (c) interfered with the operation of tetrag (one-time Twit) which is being removed from the Guide-si, Seopo-gu, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, and interfered with the operation of tetraging in a tetrapt, which is connected to the Crara.

Accordingly, the defendant in collusion with AF, AG, AH, AI, etc. interfered with the construction work of the victim G and U.S. corporation by force.

2. Interference with business affairs of January 30, 2012

A. On January 30, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 12:21 on January 30, 2012, around the main entrance to the construction site of the civil-military complex tourist port located in Seopo-si, Seopo-si; (b) sought to enter the construction site; and (c) AM, N, AO, and AP truck are seated at the construction site when leaving the construction site; and (d) the instant truck is unable to enter the construction site on the front of the said entrance;

B. At around 16:24 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) obstructed entry by the visitors to the construction site due to the reason that the main entrance at the construction site was obstructed; and (b) obstructed the front of A Q and AR trucks that enter into the construction site bypassing to the front door of the said project site due to the reason that the main entrance at the construction site was obstructed; and (c) prevented the said trucks from driving on the bottom of the truck.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the construction work of the victim G and U.S. corporation, a civil-military complex tourist port contractor, by force.

3. On February 6, 2012, the Defendant interfered with the business of February 6, 2012, in front of the main entrance in the construction site of the civil-military complex tourism infrastructure located in Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si on February 6, 2012, in front of the entrance.
