A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 3. On January 30, 2012, around 17:50 on the main entrance at the construction site at Seogpo City, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, 2012. On January 30, 2012, H ready-mixeds belonging to the Hanpo-si, a supplier company of Hanpo-si, intended to carry concrete mixturess and enter the construction site at the construction site.
