[Defendant A, B, and C] Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Provided, That the above punishment shall be imposed for the period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

가. 모욕 피고인은 2017. 10. 8. 2:23 경 보성군 F에 있는 G 편의점 앞에서 A, B, C와 함께 술을 마시던 중 옆 테이블 사람들과 소란을 피워 “ 싸움이 벌어졌다” 는 112 신고를 받고 현장에 출동한 보성 경찰서 H 파출소 소속 경위인 피해자 I, 경위 J 이 사건 경위를 파악하려고 하자 K, B 등이 듣고 있는 가운데 피해자들에게 “ 짭새 새끼들 아, 느그들이 뭐한데 나왔냐,

Accordingly, the defendant insultd the victims openly.
B. The Defendant: (a) started a vehicle with LK7 vehicle operated by the said police officer at the above location; (b) “A, B, and C, if departing from the Republic of Korea, would prevent the front of the patrol vehicle”; and (c) started the vehicle.
According to the direction of the defendant, A, B, and C had been trying to start in order to trace the defendant, the police officers in front of the patrol vehicle, who set up a warning and boom, but they continued not to start the patrol vehicle by continuously blocking the front of the patrol vehicle.
As a result, the Defendant instigated A, B, and C to interfere with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers concerning the crackdown on drinking driving.
2. Defendant A, B, and C: (a) at the time and place specified in paragraph 1; and (b) at the location specified in D’s direction, the police officers, who met the patrol vehicle in front of the patrol vehicle seeking to start to trace D, said police officers were booming and boomed; but they continued to prevent the patrol vehicle from departing from the patrol vehicle by continuously blocking the front of the patrol vehicle.
Accordingly, the Defendants jointly interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the crackdown on drinking driving.
