A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of six months and a fine of five hundred thousand won.

If the defendant does not pay a fine, one hundred thousand won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 21, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 03:45 on the front side of Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant: (b) on the front side of Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Seoul Geumcheon Police Station C police box, which was called on the 112 report, demanded that the police officers pay the taxi fee; (c) cash and mobile phones; and (d) the police officers were on the floor of the Seoul Geumcheon Police Station C police box, which was called on the 112 report, demanded that the police officers pay the taxi fee; and (d) the police officers settled the taxi fee to pay the taxi officers for return to the Defendant; and (d) prevented the Defendant from getting off the body, such as defects

The Defendant continued to board the patrol vehicle by E while getting on the patrol vehicle, obstructed the front of the patrol vehicle, gets off the patrol vehicle by hand, and reported 112 by the police officer, and prevented the patrol vehicle from departing for about 20 minutes, such as: (a) having received a bribe by the police officer; and (b) having taken the bath for the patrol officer E, i.e., “the camping shot, sponse,” and threatening the patrol officer as he gets on his hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.

2. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act (False Report) reported to 112 that “the police officers received a bribe” while blocking the patrol vehicle at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) and prohibiting the police officers from departing.

Accordingly, the Defendant reported a false crime to a public official.

3. On October 21, 2018, from around 04:15 to around 05:30 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) took a bath to a police box located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul; (b) took a police officer working for the police station, such as spiting or spiting the police officer into drinking; and (c) spit or spiting the police officer by uttering or doing very rough words and actions at a public office.
