A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 20, 2018, at around 18:50, the Defendant reported to the 1112 Defendant’s prior to the Daegu Dong-gu B, Daegu-gu, that he would be satisfed, and that the E and the chief F would make the Defendant be able to have the Defendant go home and depart from the patrol vehicle, and that the Defendant would stop the patrol vehicle for about 18 minutes while continuing to stop the patrol vehicle in front of the patrol vehicle, even though the Defendant was demanded to stop the patrol vehicle’s departure and stop the patrol vehicle’s departure from E, which took place at the patrol vehicle.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers on the prevention, suppression, and investigation of crimes as above.
