A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 1, 2013, at around 14:00, the Defendant interfered with the victim C’s business, entered the convenience store operated by the victim C located in Geum-gu, Busan, Fung-gu, under which the Defendant was punished for the crime of interference with business by the victim’s report prior to the towing, and “A fine was imposed on the Defendant due to width,” and “A fine was imposed on the victim’s court shall not only be imposed.” The Defendant interfered with the victim’s convenience store operation by force by avoiding disturbance between about 10 minutes of the disturbance.

2. Around 23:00 on July 2014, the Defendant interfered with the business of the Victim F, the Defendant entered the H restaurant run by the Victim F in the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan Government G, with the sound of “this kis, camping kis,” and interfered with the operation of the victim’s restaurant by force by avoiding disturbance between about 10 minutes.

3. On September 5, 2014, around 00:10 on September 5, 2014, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim I, the Defendant found the victim I in the state of drinking in K Scmarket operated by the Plaintiff I, and obstructed the victim’s marina operation by force by avoiding disturbance for about 30 minutes.

4. On October 23, 2014, around 22:20 on October 23, 2014, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim L, entering a cafeteria operated by the victim L in the Geum-gu M, Busan, and opened the cafeteria with a large voice, and obstructed the victim’s operation of the cafeteria by avoiding disturbance for about 20 minutes to prevent customers from entering the cafeteria.

5. On October 23, 2014, around 22:50 on October 23, 2014, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victimO, entering Q restaurant run by the victimO located in the Geum-gu P, Busan, in a large sound for the victim, and obstructed the victim’s operation of the restaurant by avoiding disturbance for about 10 minutes to prevent customers from entering the restaurant.
