A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 17:00 on November 27, 2014, the Defendant interfered with the victim C’s business affairs, at the “E” convenience store working for the victim C (hereinafter “E”) located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, and obstructed the victim’s duty of the above convenience store by force by avoiding disturbance for about two hours, i.e., getting off and taking a bath for having the victim paid money even though the victim did not have paid money.
2. Around 12:00 to 19:00 on March 1, 2015, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s operation of the said restaurant by force by way of repeated actions four times, namely, the victim F (n, 53 years of age)’s “H” operated by the victim F (n, n, 53 years of age) G in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and the sound of “n,” 10 minutes of disturbance,” which led the victim F (n, e.g., the victim F (n., n., the victim F) to take a part in the disturbance for about 10 minutes of disturbance, and the victim’s operation of the said restaurant.
3. Interference with the business of victims I;
A. On January 16, 2015, at around 16:35, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s instant Schlage business by force by avoiding disturbance between about 10 minutes of disturbance and by force, namely, “K” in the operation of the victim I (n, 47 years of age) located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan CityJ, stating that “I will not conceal the female living together. I will die without leaving. I will die.”
B. At around 19:00 on the same day, the Defendant was “K” for the victim I’s operation, and the victim was the victim.
For the reason that the victim reported the act in 112, the victim and the father of the victim interfered with the victim's business by force by avoiding disturbance for about 10 minutes by stating that "I would have reported to the police about to drink peep, I will not look back to L, I will not look at it."
C. At around 21:37 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) at K’s “K” for the operation of the Victim I; (b) the victim and his father have the victim’s own share of a woman; and (c) the goods are placed in the display stand.
