Punishment of the crime

1. On September 24, 2014, around 01:00 on the same day and around 08:30 on the same day, the Defendant repeatedly found the “Ecafeteria” operated by the victim D located in the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan City, and repeatedly obstructed the Defendant’s operation of the restaurant by force by avoiding disturbance, such as “Chewing year: Sheet. Sheeting from the snow, she shall be cut off with the real name of the victim.”
