1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Interference with business;

A. On January 1, 2013, at around 14:30, the Defendant found 14:30, the victim D’s 1st floor located in the Busan Geum-gu, Busan, to drink drinking by the Defendant, and obstructed the Defendant’s operation of the Defendant by force by force, such as taking the victim’s abundance, such as “I am frith, I am frith, and there was no money inside, so I am frith., I am frith. C. B. At around 18:00 on November 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) laid a bicycle on the street in front of “I bath” located in the Geum-gu, Busan, and discovered the Victim G (23 years of age); (b) laid down a fluorous increase; and (c) threatened the victim by speaking it as “Mara”.

3. The Defendant’s defamation shall be the Busan around 16:00 on November 10, 2013.
