Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 2011, 2010, B, after receiving a proposal from one person C, who was aware of his/her trade name in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and was living together in China, proposed that he/she transfer his/her passport to the defendant who was living together, and the defendant accepted the proposal.

On December 2, 2010, the Defendant was issued a passport with the Bupyeong-gu Office Passport in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.

On December 11, 2010, the Defendant: (a) left the territory of the Incheon Central Party located in Jung-gu Incheon Central Government on the provision of the Defendant’s passport ( passport number: E) on December 14, 2010, and received KRW 2,000,000,00 in return for the transfer of a passport from the Republic of Korea’s Brazil on December 23, 2010, when he/she moved to the Hong Kong country in accordance with the name-free shipping capacity D) and returned to the Hong Kong country on the same day, and returned to the Hong Kong country on December 14, 2010.

Accordingly, the defendant transferred a passport to another person for the purpose of using it.

2. On December 20, 2010, after the transfer of the passport, the Defendant applied for the issuance of the travel certificate at the Hong Kong Branch of the Republic of Korea located in the Hong Kong Branch of Hong Kong, which was after the transfer of the passport to Blololord as above. The Defendant stated the false fact to the effect that “where shopping was lost” was transferred to Blorder, the reason why the passport was lost was lost, and submitted it to the effect that it was issued a travel certificate (certificate number: F) on the same day.

As a result, the defendant was issued a travel certificate by entering false facts in the documents submitted for the issuance of the travel certificate.

3. On January 201, 201, the Defendant, at the residence of the Defendant located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and at the residence of the Defendant, as set forth in the above paragraph 1, transferred the passport to the said Broman by contact with the name-unford ship broer (one person: D) that was known while transferring the passport.
