1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000;

Punishment of the crime

On March 19, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor at the Incheon District Court for fraud, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on March 27, 2015.
