Punishment of the crime

1. On November 8, 2013, the Defendant paid 50,000 won each time to H (13 years old at that time; hereinafter referred to as “H”) and I (12 years old at that time; hereinafter referred to as “I”) that he/she came to know through the mobile phone display site in the numberless car parked on the front of the calculation post office located in the Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, by allowing H and I to promptly purchase the sex of the Defendant.

2. Defendant B

A. On November 10, 2013, the Defendant committed an act of purchasing child or juvenile sex by paying 70,000 won each to H and I as soon as he/she had a child or juvenile sexual intercourse in his/her own car (K) parked in J, 09:0 Gwangju Mine District, and H and I known through the mobile phone sign “Plastic Stockholm” website.

B. On November 24, 2013, the Defendant promised to pay H and I each KRW 70,000 to a child or youth and to sell sex by having H and I pay 70,000 won each of them to a passenger car (K), which was parked on the way front of the Hanam post office located in the Hanam-gu Seoul Mine District, via the mobile phone displayer’s website.
