1. Defendant A shall be punished by a fine of 5,00,000 won, Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 5,000,000 won, Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of 7,00,000 won.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On February 2013, Defendant A posted one-time advertisement “Sababbet” on the Internet bulletin board of NAVG Kabab, Defendant A, who was a juvenile (ma, Jun. 1, 2015). Defendant A presented a proposal to the effect that “Wabbet is connected to ID I and I will pay back babab in the face of the Defendant,” and Defendant A purchased the child and juvenile sex by offering 20,000 won in return for the act of sexual intercourse with the Defendant and the Defendant, who was a juvenile on the Internet bulletin board of NAV, at around 21:0 of the same day, and at least 21:0 of the same day, he/she exceeded clothes from the guest room of the building in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, by allowing him/her to take part in the sexual organ with the Defendant and the young.
2. Defendant B
A. On October 19, 2012, Defendant B reported the advertisement “Fabab,” inserted on the Internet Blob, a child or juvenile, H (ma, Jun. 6, 2015)’s Internet B, and proposed that Defendant B connects the aforementioned child or juvenile to the Internet NAK at a time on November 24, 201 of the same year, with the purport that “the said child or juvenile is unable to wear clothes or women’s clothes, and if he/she is in a match, he/she will pay money.” At around 19:00 of the same day, Defendant B purchased the child or juvenile sex by allowing the aforementioned child or juvenile to have him/her wear clothes in the guest room located in the Jung-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, while taking advantage of the clothes, and allowing him/her to enter his/her sexual organ, and issuing 30,000 won in return.
B. On December 2, 2012, Defendant B purchased the sex of a child or juvenile by purchasing the same place as that set forth in the preceding paragraph and in the same manner as that of the preceding paragraph, and delivering 30,000 won in return, Defendant B purchased the sex of a child or juvenile.
