Punishment of the crime

1. 피고인 C 피고인은 2016. 9. 9. 21:30경 김해시 F에 있는 G초등학교 부근 도로자신의 H 아반떼 승용차 내에서 아동ㆍ청소년인 I(여, 16세)가 스마트폰 채팅 어플인 ‘J’에 ‘차안에서 ㄷㄸ(대딸) 4-5’라는 게시글을 올린 것을 보고 I에게 연락하여 I에게 성매매대금 명목으로 5만 원을 지급하고 1회 성교행위를 하여 아동ㆍ청소년의 성을 사는 행위를 하였다.
