1. Night theft;

A. On March 25, 2019, at around 19:38, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the said gate through the open door door opened by the victim C; and (b) stolen a bank equivalent to 500,000,000, market price of the victim’s ownership at KRW 300,000, when the victim’s market price was 300,000.

B. On March 7, 2020, at around 18:35, the Defendant: (a) invaded the said apartment through the open door of the said apartment; and (b) stolen one mountain village, the market price of which is equivalent to 5,000 won owned by the victim, prior to the victim’s residence, around OO door, around 18:35, 2020.

2. Intrusion upon residence, theft;

A. At around 16:40 on March 7, 2020, the Defendant: (a) invaded the said apartment by entering the entrance at the time when the resident of the said apartment was opened and opened the entrance; and (b) stolen, around the OO heading door which is the victim’s residence, 60 household damages incurred to the said apartment.

B. At around 14:30 on March 8, 2020, the Defendant: (a) opened the entrance of the above apartment, which was not locked and intruded into the above apartment, and then 30 single-use macks, the market value of which is equivalent to 35,900 won, in front of the victim’s residence, was stolen.

C. At around 14:11 on March 13, 2020, the Defendant: (a) opened a OO room building in the Changwon-si M, Changwon-si; (b) opened a locked door; and (c) invaded on the building.
