Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 8, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for one year and six months with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, in the Changwon District Court's Support for Msan. On May 31, 2016, the same court sentenced one year to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and on February 21, 2018, the same court sentenced two years to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. of Specific Crimes, and completed the execution of the sentence in the North Korean
1. On July 9, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 00:59 on July 9, 2020, up to the victim C’s operation D; (b) on the rooftop of the building through stairs, destroyed a back-to-face string with a stone, which can be cut off from the rooftop to the first floor; and (c) intruded into the said strings through the door, resulting in a theft of KRW 100,000 in cash owned by the victim in the said strings located in the strings.
2. Around 02:00 on July 11, 2020, the Defendant: (a) went into the victim E-operation F in Changwon-si, Changwon-si B; (b) then, (c) destroyed the entrance door up to the rooftop of the building through stairs, which can be lowered from the rooftop to the first floor, in hand, and then intruded into the said F through the door; and (d) caused a theft of KRW 400,000 in cash owned by the victim on the top of the working line.
3. Around 02:00 on July 19, 2020, the Defendant invaded the said F in the said manner at the above-mentioned paragraph 2, and subsequently stolen property equivalent to KRW 100,000, such as cash and merchandise coupons owned by the victim E.
4. Around 03:00 on July 23, 2020, the Defendant came to operate the Victim G G in Changwon-si, Changwon-si B, the Defendant intruded into the above H in a non-fresh by breaking the windows of the entrance door, which can be lowered to the first floor from the above rooftop, after going through stairs, in a non-freshing manner. The Defendant’s 1 math and 30,000 won at the market price owned by the victim at that place, and 10,000 won at the market price.
