1. On February 15, 2019, at around 14:00 on February 15, 2019, the Defendant: (a) intruded the victim D, who is the cause of the inspection, into a luxal crepan, by using the gap where the management of the victim D, who is the cause of the inspection, was neglected; and (b) stolen the said part of cash 5,000 won in front of the individual’s nonperformance.

2. Night building thief;

A. On February 23, 2019, at around 04:36, the Defendant: (a) intruded the victim’s D into Samsung angle by using the gaps in managing the victim’s D; (b) then, (c) caused a theft of KRW 50,000,000 in cash; and (d) caused a theft of KRW 50,000 in the market price.

B. On February 26, 2019, around 06:24, the Defendant: (a) affected the victim G, a chief engineer of the inspection, with a crepane caused by his/her negligence in managing the said inspection; and (b) stolen one out of the market price of KRW 43,000,000 in cash, which included KRW 43,00 in cash.

C. On March 2, 2019, around 18:30 on March 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) intruded into a large 76,00 won in cash, using a cresh in the management of the victim J, the chief knowledge of the inspection; and (b) stolen five bags containing KRW 76,000 in cash.

around 08:30 on February 25, 2019, the Defendant: (a) tried to cut the victim’s dump truck in the front of the “Lju truck” located in the Masan-gu, Changwon-si; (b) tried to set the dump truck in the front of the victim’s M (58 years of age); (c) opened the said dump truck in the front of the victim’s driver’s dump truck; (d) opened the dump truck in the front of the victim’s driver’s dump truck; (b) opened the dump truck in the front of the victim’s dump truck; (c) opened the victim’s face and chest with the dump; and (d) opened the victim’s dump by hand; and (e) opened the dump on the part of the victim’s dump; and (e) opened the victim’s dump and the victim’s hum on several occasions.
