Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a company member, and Defendant B is a university student.
1. Defendant A
A. Around 05:00 on July 10, 2014, Defendant A damaged the victim D’s unregistered signboards that were set up in Young-gu C and 1st floor of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and continuously damaged the victim E’s market value by cutting off them, and continuously damaged the victim E’s market value equivalent to 50,000 won.
B. At around 05:15 on July 10, 2014, Defendant A was arrested as a flagrant offender causing property damage and damage from the police station G District in the Suwon-nam Police Station where he was engaged in patrol and the police officer I during the patrol.
