Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A. B. 2. Defendant B’s sole criminal conduct

A. At around 05:05 on January 13, 2015, the Defendant damaged public objects by means of water supply, etc., the Defendant caused damage to public objects to KRW 100,000, such as water purifiers, by generating water purifiers, which are public objects in the earth’s area, in G District located in the Busan Seo-gu, Busan, and J, in order to cover KRW 100,000.
