Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant C
A. Around February 23:00 on February 16, 2014, Defendant C conspiredd with the victim H(17 years of age) who is a frighter for drinking and drinking a part of the victim’s right-hand part of drinking, i.e., the victim H(17 years of age) committed assault on the part of the victim’s right-hand part of drinking.
