A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

On March 6, 2015, the Defendant, “2016 Highest 567,” three of the co-offenders C, D, and E, who were prosecuted to the Seoul Central District Court due to fraud, etc. on August 20, 2015, which was not detained due to fraud, etc. on the same court on August 20, 2015, three years of imprisonment and additional collection of 21,547,112, three years of imprisonment and additional collection of 20,185,42, and two years of imprisonment for E, two years of imprisonment and additional collection of 16,154,762.

The credit card issued overseas is forged, and the goods purchased are purchased, and the goods purchased are sold and offered to acquire profits.

1. Violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act (Credit Card Forgery) and C, around January 2015, at the office of operation of C in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and at the lower seat of the party, the Defendant and C forged all of the credit cards listed in Chapter 94 by entering the other person’s credit card self-information purchased via the Internet into the factory card’s own belt by means of strip-North Korea, card cards, etc.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with C to forge a credit card.

2. Around January 12, 2015, the Defendant and C used forged credit cards as stated in the foregoing paragraph (1) to D, and D used forged credit cards as if they had purchased goods at “H” located in Seo-jin-gu G on the same day prior to the same day.

From January 21, 2015, Defendant, C, D, etc. used the forged credit card through the same method over 287 times as indicated in attached Table 2-Credit Card Illegal Use of Credit Card Table 2-Credit Card.

Accordingly, the defendant used forged credit cards in collusion with C, D, etc.

3. The Defendant and C, around January 12, 2015, share a forged credit card to D as described in the foregoing paragraph 1, and D are in the So-jin-gu I on the same day.
