Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for two years and six months at the Seoul Central District Court on May 18, 2012, by fraud, violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act, fabrication of official documents, forgery of forged official documents, etc., and was provisionally released on September 30, 2013 in the Seoul Central District Court on the execution of the sentence. Defendant A had the record of termination of the execution of the sentence after the period of parole on January 14, 2014.

1. Defendant A’s joint criminal conduct with H (a credit card forgery part among the violations of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act) Defendant A forged a credit card issued overseas with H and purchased goods with forged credit cards and offered to acquire profits by selling them.

A around January 2015, around H and around 2015, at the office of Defendant A in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City and the trade name in the sub-dong of Sinpo City, A forged a total of 94 credit cards, as shown in Table 1, by entering the personal information of others purchased through the Internet into the official card belt by means of Nowon-gu and credit cards, etc.

On January 12, 2015, Defendant C used forged credit cards in the same way 218 times in total, as shown in attached Table 2, from the time of January 21, 2015, by purchasing the forged credit cards from Defendant A and H, and then using the forged credit cards in the same way as indicated in the annexed Table 2, from the time of January 21, 2015.
As a result, Defendant C, Defendant A, and H conspired.
