Defendant A(Defendant A) is the head of the Ministry of Education to which the National Construction Industry Federation F Branch of the National Construction Industry Federation F of the Republic of Korea belongs.

피고인은 2017. 8. 17. 06:00 경 화성시 G 아파트 공사현장 2번 게이트 앞에서, 피고인이 위 공사장으로 출근하는 근로자를 가로막고 외국인인지 여부 등을 확인하는 등 시비가 발생하여 위 현장에서 집회관리를 하던 화성 동부 경찰서 H 소속 경위 I이 피고인을 제지하자 오른손으로 I의 등을 1회 가격하고, 경기 남부지방 경찰청 J 소속 순경 K 등이 피고인을 공무집행 방해 혐의로 현행범 체포하자 이에 저항하며 발로 K의 오른쪽 귀 부분을 찼다.

1. Defendants A, a joint crime committed by the Defendants, held an assembly near the entrance of the construction site from November 30, 2017 to December 7, 2017, with approximately 100 members of the F branch from around 06:30 on December 7, 2017, the Defendants participated in the above assembly with the head of the Ministry of Education of the F branch of the National Construction Workers’ Union of the Federation of the Korean Democratic Trade Union (hereinafter referred to as the “F branch”), the head of the F branch, the head of the F branch, the head of the F branch, and the head of F branch, the head of F branch, the head of F branch, the head of F branch, the head of F branch, and the F branch, the company M, the construction of the F branch, who is under construction of the F branch, had the employees of the F branch, employed the members of the F branch as the workers at the construction site.
