A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who violates the Customs Act shall, when he/she intends to export or import goods, file a report thereon with the head of a customs office on the relevant goods, size, quantity and other matters prescribed by Presidential Decree

A.
