A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years and by a fine of 414,090,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person of Vietnamese nationality who works as a female crew member of Asia or aviation.

Any person who intends to import, export or return goods shall file a report thereon with the head of a customs office on the name, standard, quantity and price of the relevant goods and other matters prescribed by Presidential Decree.

The Defendant, who became aware of in Vietnam, transported gold bullion from C and D to Korea, and thereafter transferred it to a designated person, had the Defendant paid 400 U.S. dollars in the name of a gold leader per 1 km and 1 km, and had the Defendant thought that he will work for the transportation of gold bullion.

1. The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (customs duties) at Vietnam around June 5, 2017, and one kg in conspiracy

Using 8 headings of the defendant, concealing 500g headings in the vicinity of the sag, using clothes and sags of the defendant

Then, the two gold bars were concealed on both sides of the Defendant’s hub, and the Plaintiff was on board at the Incheon International Airport located in 272 in Jung-gu Incheon Airport, Jung-gu, Incheon, by entering the Republic of Korea. The Plaintiff failed to report to the customs collector 10 gold bars (total amounting to KRW 453,915,000) equivalent to the total cost of the goods (total amounting to KRW 453,915,000), and attempted to import the goods by means of entering the customs office without reporting to the customs collector 10 gold bars (total amounting to KRW 9k g).

2. Violation of the Customs Act;

A. On April 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was smugglinged on April 24, 2017; and (b) 1 km from Vietnam around April 24, 2017.

The two gold bars were concealed in the above manner, and entered the Incheon International Airport located in Jung-gu Incheon International Airport as the Incheon International Airport, Jung-gu, 272,00 won of the cost of the goods (a total of KRW 101,882,00,000) without filing a report thereon with the head of the customs office.

B. On May 27, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was smugglinged on May 27, 2017; and (b) 1 km from Vietnam around May 27, 2017.
