Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment for eight months, respectively.

However, this judgment is delivered against Defendant B.

Punishment of the crime

1. Where a person intends to import or export goods, he/she shall report to the head of a customs office the name, standard, quantity and price of the goods concerned, and other matters prescribed by Presidential Decree;

However, the Defendant was informed of his knowledge at the 2015 Fluxary land.

C From C, it was proposed that the gold bars purchased in China will be transported to Korea without reporting to the customs office without reporting to the customs office, or the gold bars purchased in Korea will be paid to Japan for the transportation of the gold bars purchased in Korea to the customs office without reporting to the customs office, and it was approved that it is not easy for the customs office to detect them due to the detection of metal detection devices in the event of concealing gold bars in the port, and that it is not easy for the customs office to detect them. Since then, around March 21, 2015, the Defendant started from the Republic of Korea, boarded the aircraft arriving in the Incheon International Airport located in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, and entered the Republic of Korea through the above airport entry port. At the same time, the Defendant: (a) concealed five gold bars of 200g (1kg, the cost of goods 37,813,600 won) into the Republic of Korea without reporting to the customs office as seen above; and (b) imported gold bars in collusion with C by the aforementioned method from March 21, 2015 to March 27, 2016; and (c) imported gold bars of 76.8 km (2,575,215,600 won for goods) as shown in attached Table 1 (Smuggling import -A).

In addition, on February 23, 2016, the Defendant departed from the Incheon International Airport located in Jung-gu Incheon International Airport to board the aircraft arriving at the east of Japan and departing from the Republic of Korea through the above airport departure site, and concealed five gold bars (1kg, goods cost of KRW 48,00,000) of 20g weight in the air space without reporting to the customs office as seen above, and pushed off the gold with the method of boarding the aircraft.
