A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The organization of telecommunications fraud at the 2020 senior group of 947 (the 947 senior group of 2020 senior group of financial fraud) is responsible for each of the following roles: (a) the organization commits a crime by communicating a large number of unspecified victims by telephone, Mes, etc. using illegally collected personal information, etc. while operating the call center at an unspecified place; (b) misrepresenting them to the employees of financial institutions or investigation agencies; and (c) deceiving victims by transfer of money in advance by deceiving them; or (d) receiving direct money by delivery of victims; (b) the “col” operating the call center; (c) withdrawing the transferred amount by means of telephone, Mes, etc.; and (d) collecting the transferred amount by receiving direct damage amount from the victims; and (d) delivering the amount of damage received from the collection book to other trillion employees or depositing it into another account.
On August 5, 2019, the Defendant: (a) proposed that the Defendant would receive money from the victims and transfer the money to his/her designated account from the victims using the order of “C Proxy” from the name and non-surb (one named “B”); (b) around August 5, 2019, the Defendant recruited the Defendant to act as the “measures for collection and delivery” in sequence with non-name officers to take charge of the “measures for collection and delivery” by accepting the proposal.
