A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Seized evidence 1 to 5 shall be confiscated from the accused.

[ 전제사실] 성명 불상자들은 불특정 다수의 피해자들에게 전화한 후 검사를 사칭하는 등으로 피해자들을 속여 돈을 출금하도록 한 다음 이를 건네받는 속칭 ‘ 보이스 피 싱’ 방법으로 범행을 하는 조직으로, 피해자들에게 전화하여 거짓말로 돈을 출금하도록 하는 속칭 ‘ 콜센터’, 피해자가 출금한 현금을 건네받아 전달하는 속칭 ‘ 수거 책’, 수거 책으로부터 현금을 교부 받아 속칭 ‘ 환치기 ’를 통해 돈을 송금하는 속칭 ‘ 환전 책 또는 송금 책’ 등으로 각각 역할을 분담하고 있고, 위와 같은 보이스 피 싱 조직은 수사기관의 검거에 대비하여 ‘ 위 챗’ 등의 휴대폰 메신저 어 플 리 케이 션을 이용하여 서로 연락하는 등 점조직 형태로 운영되고 있다.

The Financial Supervisory Service is bound to establish transparency in Ha’s account through the account tracking through the Ha’s financial account tracking and verifying illegal circulation passbook and illegal funds in accordance with Article 27(3) of the Financial Services Act, and to demonstrate transparency in Ha’s account through account tracking.

4.The Financial Supervisory Service shall issue a national security account code in accordance with Article 19.7 of the Financial Services Act, and shall have its subordinate financial assets registered on the national security account code safely.
