A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 5, 2016, at around 23:38, the Defendant: (a) sent a victim DNA (hereinafter “E”) who became aware of the Defendant’s use of the Defendant’s personal portable phone, using the Defendant’s personal phone, to inform the Defendant of the ID of the “E” and then sent the victim DNA (hereinafter “E”) stored in his cell phone through “E”; (b) a photograph showing a negative voice without panty; and (c) a female fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor.

As a result, the Defendant sent to the victim images that may cause sexual humiliation or aversion through a portable phone with intent to arouse or satisfy his or another person's sexual desire.

The victim repeatedly transmits the contents such as “I would like to stuff” and “I would like to see the death of D Ampha, I would see if you see,” to the victim’s cellular phone used by the victim.
