A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and photographing them);

A. A. Around April 2017, the Defendant: (a) used a gap in the part of Defendant’s service located in Seoul, the victim E (V, 30 years of age) who is a worker volunteer in Seoul; and (b) taken the victim’s spath and clothes by putting LG G5 mobile phone (No. 3) owned by the Defendant into a spash of the damaged person, thereby taking the victim’s spath and clothes.

B. Around May 2017, the Defendant, using the gap in which the victim F(n) reported other locations, taken a part of the victim’s bridge in the instant portable phone with the victim, in the same place as the above paragraph A.

On June 2017, the Defendant used a gap in which the victim H (V, 28 years of age) who was aware of the usual apartment in G apartment unit, and the victim H (V, 28 years of age) reported different places, and taken the body and leg of the victim by putting the above portable phone into a flash of the damaged person, and taking the flab and bridge of the victim.

(d)

On July 2, 2017, the Defendant discovered a female victim who was seated at a bus stop and who was in operation of a K Kawn vehicle owned by the Defendant in a state of being out of her panty and panty at around 11:26, 2017, and taken the front of the victim’s bridge by using the above portable car camera.

Accordingly, the defendant taken four times against his will another person's body, which could cause sexual humiliation or shame.

2. The Defendant obscenity was under operation of the vehicles listed in the paragraph (d) above 1 while driving Bab and panty in the front way of the MO community service center located in the Mayang-gu L between 11:50 and 12:00 on the same day as the above paragraph (d) above 1-D, and was under operation of the vehicles listed in the paragraph (d) above.

N (one’s name, half, 23 years old) is discovered, and the above portable phone operator takes N with his or her sexual organ taken in his or her hand and marks, thereby openly obscene in a state where many and unspecified persons, such as N, can be seen.
