Punishment of the crime

1. Although Defendant A is not a narcotics handler, Defendant A dealt with the Metropha, which is a local mental medicine (hereinafter “philophone”), as follows.

A. On March 2017, 2017, the Defendant: (a) purchased and sold philophones on the Habon: (b) on March 2017, 201, around the F Station; (c) 500,000 won to G from the coffee toilet located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul; and (d) in return, received approximately 0.35 g of philophones.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased and sold philophones.

B. On April 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around April 1, 2017, injected phiphones into the Defendant’s arms by inserting approximately 0.05g of phiphones purchased as described in paragraph (a) from Nos. 610 to No. 610 of I hotel in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H; and (b) dilution with water.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones.

On April 10, 2017 and around 11, the Defendant: (a) conspired to purchase J and Handphones; (b) around April 10, 2017, at around 13:00, G with the name of the purchase price for 0.7g Handphones in the Defendant’s dwelling located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Building 1004; (c) received approximately 0.35g Handphones from G from G to transfer to J; and (d) around 20:00 around April 11, 2017, the Defendant received approximately 0.35g Handphones from G from G’ toilets located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L to receive approximately 0.35g grophones from G.

Accordingly, the defendant in collusion with J trading of phiphones.

On April 10, 2017, the Defendant, who administered philophones, around April 10, 201, 14:00 around April 10, 201.

In the defendant's residence, approximately 0.07g of philophones were put into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and injection was made into the defendant's arms.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones.

E. On April 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 23:00 on April 13, 2017, at around 2017, from the first floor toilet of the Gangnam-gu Seoul NF building, the Defendant purchased a 100,000 won for a name-free person; and (b) received approximately 0.14g from the opon.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased and sold philophones.

F. On April 14, 2017, the Defendant, who administered philophones, shall be punished on April 14, 2017.
