A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

50,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The amount equivalent to the above additional charges.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Sale and purchase of cryptop sheeters;

A. On October 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) purchased 200,000 won from the stairs of the parking lot of 104, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City 104, the 1st floor of the parking lot; (b) purchased mephones from D, which is a local mental medicine, and purchased mephones by using approximately 0.5 g from D, for a single-use injection.

B. The Defendant: (a) conspired with D to share half of KRW 40,000 of the instant phone sales amount with D upon the request of D to purchase approximately KRW 0.7g of the instant phone; (b) transferred KRW 200,000 of the instant phone sales amount to a credit cooperative account (G) in the name of F used by E around January 14, 2016, around January 14, 2016; and (c) around the same day, E returned KRW 100,000 of the instant phone sales amount to D; (b) around the same day, at the same time, he brought about approximately 0.7g of the instant phone sales amount to the first floor of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City apartment complex C 106-dong, Nonparty 106, and then concealed the instant phone sales amount to 30,500,000 won in the front part of the Incheon Nam-gu, and (d) concealed it from 35,500,000 square.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On October 1, 2016, the Defendant administered a phiphone in a way that 0.2g of L gas station in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City K, and 0.1g of philopon contained in a disposable injection machine as tap water, and injected half of which are 0.1g, to the Defendant’s left arms.

B. On October 2, 2016, the Defendant administered phiphonephones by inserting approximately 0.1g of the remaining phiphones into the Defendant’s left arms at the bar of the gas station.

On January 14, 2017, the Defendant administered a philopon in a way that 0.2g of philopon, which is 0.1g, melted into tap water with a half of the water into the Defendant’s left blood cell line.
